Dealer Warranty Statement
I-Deal Trading offers its customers “Dealer Direct Warranty” for a period of 3 months from the invoice date or 3,000 miles whichever is the sooner and up to a maximum repair value of £1000.
We guarantee all vehicles up to 15 years in age, under 150,000 miles and over £1000 in value. Cars that do not fall into this category are considered “Scrap” and are sold as seen.
I-deal Trading strives for excellence in customer service and will repair any faults following a mechanical breakdown of the running components.
You will receive a certificate clearly outlining what is covered and our terms and conditions on how to action a repair with us swiftly and professionally.
We cover practically everything that is required for the car to drive! A copy of our Dealer Warranty Certificate & Warranty Terms and Conditions are available on request.
We offer all our customers a courtesy car to use whilst the repairs are taking place. (Subject to Availability)
Please be aware that our warranty is Dealer Direct Warranty and not an insurance policy. Repairs only take place at our premises or with our authorised partners so you will need to return the car to us for repair.
As a result of this we suggest that you must ensure you have appropriate roadside recovery cover in place as I-Deal Trading does not recover vehicles.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our Terms of Warranty.
Bought a car from us and have a problem with it? What to do next:
If you have found a fault with your car please call us on 01273 833767 to arrange for the car to come back to us. I-Deal trading reserves the right to fix all faults with our partners of quality workshops. All faulty cars must come back to I-deal Trading’s premises.
It is your responsibility to return the car to us and it is for this reason that we advise you on our invoices that you should have an agreement in place with a recovery company.
